Grandma Rose reminisces about the good old days when she was a popular vocalist with a band of the finest musicians. Then through the magic of time travel she awakes to music being played by her old band! Now reunited, they sing the old songs that taught her all about jazz music. Jazz Time! takes young audiences on a 30 minute interactive exploration of tempo, dynamics, melody, improvisation and more!

Jazz Time! was commissioned and premiered in 2018 by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust.
